Where does Stephanie's Signature Crab Cakes ship?
We ship our crab cakes anywhere in the United States.

Once I place my order, how long does it take for Stephanie's Signature Crab Cakes to arrive at their destination?
We ship orders overnight Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Orders placed before 10 a.m. on Tuesday will be delivered Wednesday, the same for both Wednesday and Thursday. Orders placed 10 a.m. Thursday through 10 a.m. Monday will be shipped Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. If there is a delay due to a heavy volume of orders, we promise to notify you as soon as possible. Stephanie's Signature Crab Cakes are shipped overnight with Federal Express. They should arrive by 3:30 the day of delivery in perfect condition.

What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address when I am ordering a gift?
Unfortunately this happens fairly often. We urge you to check your address before finalizing orders to make sure all information is correct. We all make mistakes! If we make an error on a shipping label, we will reship your order and apologize profusely. Crab cakes are perishable and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you make and error, we will happily send another package and share the expense. You pay half the cost of the crab cakes, and we will take care of the other half. You will be responsible for any shipping charges.

How far ahead do I need to place my order?
It is never to early to place and order. However during the holiday season we recommend that all large orders to be filled in December be placed at least three weeks ahead of the desired shipping date. So we can staff accordingly.

How long do Stephanie's Signature Crab Cakes stay fresh?
They are shipped fresh over night it is best to eat them within two or three days. If you are unable to serve our crab cakes when they first arrive, pop them in the freezer where they will last up to 4 months. They are dated for freshness on the side of the box to assist you in keeping track. To thaw Stephanie's Signature Crab Cakes place in the refrigerator overnight.
